Teachers Entering Classroom without Sufficient Digital Literacy Skills
Graduate teachers are entering classroom devoid of necessary digital literacy skills.
On Monday, Digital Literacy Skills and Learning Report has been released, prepared by NSW Education Standards Authority having lots of suggestions to improve the digital literacy level. It includes usage of technology to solve queries, find information among new teachers.
This report says that all the people are not tech-savvy and simply providing them with more computing resources can’t be a solution for this.
Mr. Mulheron also said that he is satisfied with the report pointing out ethical issues and limitations.
