Description	The Cochin Refineries School, Kochi was promoted in 1966 for the children of the employees of the erstwhile Kochi Refineries Ltd (KRL) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) after KRL’s merger with BPCL. The school is situated on the picturesque hilltop of Jwalagiri, and run by the Cochin Refineries Educational Aid Society and managed by a Board of Governors nominated by the management of BPCL-Kochi Refineries.
