1000 Teachers to Get Digital Literacy Skills Training From Globe Telecom Program
Globe Telecom, major advocate of digital learning and education is coming out with a new programme named “Prism”.
Prism, developed to train the educators of private high schools, mainly those who teaches the Information Literacy Subject and New Media in high schools. This will help them to become expert in technology-enabled instruction and content development.
1000 teachers from private schools are to take part in this 3 week programme sponsored by Globe Telecom. One boot program will be there in Naga City, Pamganga, Metro Manila, Cagayan de Oro City and Cebu City from January to June this year.
These teachers will be get enrolled online to undergo the 3 week distance learning where they will get access to the global Brightspace Community, multimedia resources to guide them via learning process. Even though they are far away, but the technology ensures that the collaboration and learning is happening or not.
